Whether you are buying or selling a home we will provide you with a fully detailed, 50+ page report specifying the condition of many items of your property. Items inspected usually include foundation, roof, HVAC, electric, plumbing, general cosmetic issues, and so much more! In the near future we will also be able to provide reports and inspections for wood-destroying insects and Radon gas.  Our general process is as follows:

1. Contact us via our website or by phone to schedule your home inspection. Please provide the property address and if you have any special requests.

2. Your home inspector will arrive to the property and generally begins with the exterior of the home, then proceed to the interior. Pictures and notes will be taken by your inspector for your report. If you have any questions during your inspection feel free to ask so you feel fully informed during this process.

3. Within 48 hours you will be emailed a PDF of your inspection report. The report will be in an easy to read format separated by section/item of the home inspected.

4. As a courtesy to all of our clients, if you still have any questions following the inspection and reviewing your report, we offer a 30-minute Q&A session with your inspector over the phone.
